Sushi@nice is sushi the nice way, that is to say, prepared
by a properly trained sushi chef, using only the freshest
ingredients and executed with creativity and care.
The sushi bar sits atop the restaurant proper in a curious little
nook at the top of the stairs, much like the parapet of a castle
wall. In the parapet is the sushi bar, where you can listen to
music or have a glass of wine while watching the nimble fingered
chef prepare your food.
There is a small open seating area covered only by a white awning.
It is wonderful in good weather, but if you prefer you can eat at the
sushi bar or even order from the main restaurant.
Sushi is becoming more and more popular in Namibia, and
sushi@nice sets the standard. Salmon roses are LT’s favourite.
For the uninitiated, try the Make sushi, and work your way up
to the Sashimi.
